I became a Health and Wellness Coach and created My Fit Sense because I realized that “fitness” was not one size fits all. Everyone I knew had a different idea of what fitness meant for them. What I quickly learned was that fitness was what people wanted it to be. Fitness was lifting weights, cardiorespiratory training, step aerobics, meal planning, and simply making small adjustments to live healthier.
